New Close Memorial Park Mosaic Photo Gallery
by Mark Schiefelbein, News-Leader
Christine Schilling of MosaicaRose Studio balances on a plank as she spreads concrete over her newly-laid mosaic at Close Memorial Park on Friday morning, June 9th. Schilling and workers from Tidwell Concrete installed a 20-foot circular mosaic at the park which she designed.
It is located near the lower parking lot near the entrance to Close Memorial Park’s access to South Creek Greenway. Stop by this weekend and view the completed mosaic.
