2012 Missouri State Fair: Fair Fan Concert Ticket Presale Instructions! Presale Started June 5

The Missouri State Fair (www.mostatefair.com) is coming up soon – August 9 thru 19. Federated Garden Clubs will have an Educational Exhibit on display — an award received by Cherry Court Garden Club, Springfield Council at the State Convention this spring. Wednesday, August 15, is Federated Garden Clubs of Missouri Day. Glenda Phelps (past president Cherry Court Garden Club) will be one of the six judges at the Flower Show. Fair Fans – Here are your Fair Fan Concert Ticket Presale Instructions!

Starting at 9 a.m. last Tuesday, June 5, buy tickets to any of these eight Missouri State Fair Concerts:

· Randy Rogers Band and Wade Bowen, Thursday, Aug. 9 – $15/$10
· Justin Moore and Josh Thompson, Friday, Aug. 10 – $40/$35/$30/$25
· Montgomery Gentry and 38 Special, Saturday, August 11 – $40/$35/$30/$25
· Where The Action Is Tour starring Paul Revere and the Raiders with special guests Gary Lewis and the Playboys, Tuesday, Aug. 14 – $25/$15
· Country Gold Tour featuring Leroy Van Dyke, Rex Allen, Jr., Leona Williams, The Quebe Sisters Band, Narvel Felts, Bobby Bare and Lynn Anderson, Wed., Aug. 15 – $20/$10
· Jake Owen and Colt Ford, Thursday, Aug. 16 – $40/$35/$30/$25

NEW Presale Concert Ticket Will-Call- Window Policy
(Presale concert tickets will NOT be mailed.)

. All tickets purchased June 5 to June 14 will be WILL-CALL-WINDOW only. These tickets will not be mailed.
. Ticket buyers must come to the Missouri State Fairgrounds Box Office to pick up tickets; located on State Fair Blvd., on the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia, Mo.
. Tickets may be picked up during Box Office hours, or on day of show.
. Box Office opens at noon Monday, June 25
Hours: June 25 – Aug. 8, noon to 6 p.m., Monday – Friday
(Closed July 4 Holiday, AND, July 18-20)
Hours: Aug. 9 – 19, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Daily
. The credit card used to make the purchase will be required when picking up the tickets, along with a photo I.D. No exceptions.
. The service has been implemented to deter ticket scalping, and therefore, improve the opportunity for individuals wanting to purchase tickets.
