O’Quinn’s & Southwest Watergarden Assoc host workshop on making papercrete pots

O’Quinn’s Orchids & Water Gardens and the Southwest Watergarden Assoc will host a workshop on making papercrete pots.

Lee Coates will be the instructor, at O’Quinn’s Water Gardens 2936 W Republic Rd, Thursday, April 19th, 6:30 p.m.

You can make your own pot or observe, it is open and free to the public. Lee will also be using plants that love being in the papercrete, in case you have noticed the #1 plants for 2012 are cacti and succulents. At one time you couldn’t give these wonderful, low maintenance exciting plants away, it was like looking for unlocked cars to put them in. How exciting these plants are so mark your calendar don’t miss this fun filled evening.
